The upcoming Community Firewise Meeting will be held at the Sierraville School on Wednesday, October 13th at 5 p.m.
The featured speaker will be the Forestry and Natural Resources Advisor for Plumas, Sierra, and Lassen counties, and regional Firewise Guru, Ryan Tompkins. Your attendance will help to advance the process of making our communities more resistant to wildfire and toward becoming a Firewise USA Site!
Please note that at this time, Sierra County mandates mask usage for indoor gatherings and this will be enforced. If masks are not your thing, please know that your future participation is welcome and notes from the meeting will be sent.
