Heads up for all of you who own a home in a flood zone
Because of the pending possibility of creeks overflowing and local flooding given the warm storm that's upon us, starting today, Sierra County is providing sandbags and sand at the following locations. Bring your shovel!
Sierraville: at the County Road Shop, 104 Battelle
Calpine: at the Calpine post office parking lot, 103 County Road
Loyalton: at the County Road Shop, Garbage Pit Road (Loyalton dump)
